The Purpose of our organization is to extend to the community what George means in our hearts. 

His athletic abilities, goodwill, and sportsmanship have inspired his friends and family to create the George Mougolias Memorial Fund, to honor his memory. In essence the Fund has been created in order to keep his spirit alive through accomplishing the following:

The George Mougolias Memorial Tournament was created to promote the discipline and good sportsmanship that George exemplified within the Greek Orthodox community as well as his love and dedication to the game by hosting this annual event in his honor.

The George Mougolias Memorial Fund scholarships are awarded annually to Greek Orthodox youths, thus aiding them in their academic Studies. The Fund wants emphasize the importance of education within the Hellenic community.
